Cor-Pak VpCI® tablets are a market-leading alternative to traditional VCI emitters. They outperform other VCI tablets and are ideal for enclosed or challenging spaces, and can also be easily incorporated into flexible packaging through manual or automated processes. Cor-Pak tablets utilize a highly efficient 'dry rust prevention method' to protect sensitive metals from corrosion in a sealed environment. Cor-Pak tablets combine patented Cortec Corporation technology for vapor phase corrosion inhibitors (VpCI) with a simple-to-apply/release tablet. This method can be used on all types of metals (ferrous and non-ferrous) to provide up to 24 months of corrosion and rust protection. VpCI works by adhering to the surrounding metal surfaces. The small, compact tablet form makes them ideal for installation in tight spaces or enclosed interiors.
